Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Ada Assistant (“Ada”, “we”) processes when you use assistant-ada.com, what we use it for, and the control you have over it.

What data we process

• Account: your email, name, time zone and preferences (language, working hours, appearance).
• Calendars (Google Calendar and Microsoft 365): events from the calendars you connect: title, time, attendees, location, meeting link and description. Read-only.
• Work tools (Jira, Linear and GitHub): the tickets, issues and pull requests assigned to you: title, status, priority, dates, project and CI status.
• Assistant usage: the questions you ask Ada and usage counts, to answer you and keep costs under control.
• Waitlist: the email you leave in the form and the page language.

What we use it for

Only to provide the service: organizing your day, showing your meetings and tasks for each space, and generating Ada’s answers and briefings. We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Google user data

Ada’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We read your calendar events only to show them to you and so Ada can take them into account when answering you; no person reads them unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide the service:

• Supabase (database and authentication).
• Vercel (application hosting).
• DeepSeek (language model): receives the context needed for each of Ada’s answers (for example, the titles of the day’s tickets and meetings), without using it to train models.
• Paddle (payment processor and Merchant of Record): receives your email, country and payment details to charge the subscription and issue invoices. Ada never sees or stores your card details.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you disconnect a tool, we stop syncing it and delete its data. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and revoke any connection’s permissions at any time from Ada’s settings or from that tool’s account. Email us at hello@assistant-ada.com.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
