Refund policy

We want you to try Ada risk-free. That’s why the Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription, which takes you to the portal of Paddle, our payment processor. It won’t renew at the end of the period and you keep access until then.

Refunds

• If it’s not for you, we’ll refund your first charge in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge.
• After that, periods already paid are not refunded, unless your country’s law requires it.
• If we overcharged you by mistake, we’ll refund the difference.

How to request it

Email us at hello@assistant-ada.com from your account email. The refund goes back to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
